What are the steps for creating a clicSÉQUR account when your identity is verified by the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec?
There are three steps in creating a clicSÉQUR account.
Step 1: Choose an identifier and security options.
You must choose an identifier consisting of a user code and a password.
The identifier enables you to access the online services of participating departments and agencies.
You must choose the email address where you want to receive a verification code to ensure its validity. You must also select security questions and enter the answers.
Step 2: Verification of your identity.
A verification of your identity is mandatory if you want to register for an online service provided by a participating ministry or organization. For the Québec health booklet, the verification is carried out by the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec.
